Policies and Procedures

All Students

All students are required to wear dance attire (leotards, tights, specific shoes) each week and have hair pulled back away from the face. 

Preschool/Kindergarten/Beginner Age Students

Please have your child’s name in all of their shoes before your first class. Preschool and Kindergarten students begin with tap shoes and will change into ballet shoes with their teachers’ assistance. Please return promptly to pick up your child at the end of class. We will schedule Parent Observation Days in order for you to enjoy your child’s progression in class.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

Please check our social media or call the studio 1 hour before your scheduled class time. A recording will inform you of studio closings. You will not be contacted.

IMPORTANT TUITION INFORMATION

The registration fee and your first lesson payment are due on or before your first class. Registration fees are non-refundable. There is a Parent Portal to create an account and track all payments. A $10.00 late fee is applied when tuition is received after the 15th of the month.

Discounts are provided when paying the annual tuition in advance; however, a penalty fee is applied if classes are terminated.

There is a $45.00 cash fee for all returned checks.

All classes are paid for even when missed. Make-up times are available for these classes.
